2002 DeRose "Sharknose" Chardonnay
This Chardonnay expresses a nose of pineapple, flint, and light toast, followed with tropical flavors and a touch of butter. Crisp lively acids make this wine "A Great White"
2002 Parrone Cabernet Sauvignon
This Chilean import from DeRose Winery was produced in one of Chile's premier growing region, the Colchagua Valley. Blended with the Chilean red, Carmenere, this wine expresses the flavors of Chile. Round tannins and excellent fruit.
2002 Pietra Santa Pinot Grigio
Enticingly bright tropical fruit and citrus set this wine apart from the rest of the Pinot Grigio pack. This wine comes alive with a wonderful crispness-making it an excellent companion to most seafood & lighter fare.
2002 Pietra Santa Merlot
Intensely fruity yet beautifully balanced. Dark in color, the wine shows black cherry and coffee scents with hints of plum and chocolate.
2003 Donati Estate Pinot Blanc
This Great Young Pinot Blanc exhibits hints of Dried Fruit on the nose. Crisp and Medium-Bodied, this wine would make a great pair with any of The Inn's great dishes
Sacred Stone Master's Red Blend Merlot
A Rhone Style Blend of Syrah, Carignan, & Grenache along with "Less Rhonish" varietals of Sangiovese & Zinfandel. Full-bodied, tart and somewhat tannic with forward fruit and peppery spice
