About the Owner 
 
Mike Howard earned his degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He also studied in Switzerland at the Ėcole Hotelier.

Recruited by the Hyatt Regency Maui, Mike assisted in the opening of several Pacific Rim Hotels, including the Hyatt Regency Waikaloa.

Mike returned from Hawaii to work as Banquet Manager at the Lodge at Pebble Beach, where he was thrilled to have access to one of the finest golf courses in the world. His dream, though, was to own his own restaurant.
